1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the application QREagleStudio (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Services

QREagleStudio is a macOS application that enables users to:

• Generate QR codes across 165 types and categories
• Encode various types of data (e.g. text, URLs, contact data, Wi-Fi credentials, location data)
• Customise QR code design with 168+ style presets, pixel shapes, gradients, logos, and frames
• Export QR codes as image or document files (PNG, SVG, PDF)
• Generate QR codes in bulk from CSV files
• Create 85 Smart Interactive QR cards hosted at qreagle.com

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its source code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App to create unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive QR codes
• Sublicense, rent, or sell the App to third parties

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

QREagleStudio offers premium features through in-app purchases processed by Apple’s App Store:

All pricing, billing, and refund processing is handled exclusively by Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Smart QR Card Service

Smart QR card pages are hosted at qreagle.com. All card data is encoded in the QR code URL itself — no personal data is stored on the server. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Smart QR card service with reasonable notice.

Smart QR cards may not be used to host content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

QREagleStudio, the eagle logo, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of IT Solutions Egarter. QR codes, designs, and exports you create using the App are your property. You retain all rights to the content you encode.

Apple®, macOS®, App Store®, SF Symbols™, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. QREagleStudio is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that QR codes generated will be scannable in all environments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IT Solutions Egarter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Carinthia, Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or this website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
